Project Description
Bubweb Digital is a full-stack, AI-powered SaaS platform that streamlines the entire lifecycle of digital agency work — from the first client conversation to final delivery. It was designed to solve a problem most studios face: the disconnect between scoping a project and executing it.
At its core is an AI discovery assistant that transforms free-form client conversations into structured, actionable project briefings. Once approved, each briefing becomes a live project equipped with a visual roadmap (Gantt), a drag-and-drop sprint board (Kanban), a backlog, a document workspace, and a dedicated client request channel — bringing scoping and delivery into a single, unified workspace.
The platform features role-based access with tailored experiences for agency teams and their clients, configurable AI agents powered by leading language models, a rich-text document editor, real-time notifications, and full internationalization across multiple languages. Privacy and compliance are built in from the ground up, including secure authentication, encrypted data handling, and GDPR-aligned data controls.
Engineered with a modern, scalable tech stack — Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Drizzle ORM, and the Vercel AI SDK — Bubweb Digital follows a strict, well-documented architecture emphasizing maintainability, testability, and clean separation of concerns.
